Artist statement

I strive to bring to light the wonder of life not only within the ocean and on the beach, but encompassing nature. My desire to illuminate the diversity and sustainability of life within our oceans , seas, and tidelands through art, is my contribution to share the dream, inspire creativity, and coexistence, striving to keep our oceans and lands alive and healthy throughout the ages.

Bio

Peeling off layers of life to pursue my heart's desire, I sought out artistic knowledge attending Skagit Valley Community College refining and illuminating my passion for art. Artworks include graphite, pastel, color pencil drawings and acrylic paintings which have recently been displayed in juried  art shows, and the Bellingham Seafeast art walk in Whatcom county Washington.
